Refund & Cancellation Policy

At COOLSURE INDIA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver the highest quality AC repair, installation, and maintenance services across Mumbai. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which service bookings, cancellations, and refunds are accepted.

1. Service Booking:

  • Customers can book services through our website, helpline, WhatsApp, or official email.
  • Once a service request is placed, our team will confirm the appointment via phone, email, or SMS.
  • Bookings are scheduled based on technician availability, location, and workload.
  • Service charges and estimates are shared transparently before the commencement of work.

2. Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we try to accommodate such situations fairly.
a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • You may cancel or reschedule your service at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment without any charge.
  • Cancellations made after technician dispatch or arrival may incur a nominal visit fee to cover travel and inspection costs.
  • For prepaid online bookings, cancellation before dispatch will receive a full refund (minus payment gateway charges, if any).

b. COOLSURE INDIA-Initiated Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in cases of:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Technical emergencies or equipment unavailability
  • Unreachable service location or incorrect address
  • Safety concerns or non-compliance with site conditions

In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.

3. Refund Policy:
Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • Service was not delivered due to cancellation from our end.
  • Customer canceled before technician dispatch and requested refund.
  • Duplicate payment made for the same booking.
  • Refund request raised within 48 hours of the original transaction.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Completed and accepted services.
  • Spare parts or consumables used during the job.
  • Service delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, building restrictions, etc.).
  • Fault recurrence due to external issues like voltage fluctuation, water leakage, or misuse after service.

4. Refund Processing Timeline:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
  • If the refund is delayed due to a payment gateway or bank issue, we will assist you in tracking the transaction until completion.
  • For cash payments, refunds (if applicable) will be issued through bank transfer or UPI after verification.

5. No-Show or Missed Appointments:
If a technician arrives at your location and you are unavailable or unreachable:

  • The visit will be marked as “No Show”, and a visit charge may apply.
  • Re-booking will require a fresh appointment and may include additional charges based on availability.

6. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Refunds:

  • AMC plans are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
  • In case of early termination by COOLSURE INDIA (e.g., relocation, non-serviceable area), a prorated refund may be issued for the remaining period.
  • Customers are advised to review AMC terms and pricing carefully before purchase.

7. Quality Guarantee:

  • All services come with a limited workmanship guarantee (as mentioned on your invoice).
  • If the same issue reoccurs within the guarantee period, our technician will revisit free of charge.
  • The guarantee does not apply if the AC is tampered with, relocated, or repaired by another service provider post-visit.
