COOLSURE INDIA is a professional air conditioning service company based in Mumbai, India. We specialize in AC Repair, Installation, and Maintenance Services for Window AC, Split AC, Cassette AC, Central AC, Inverter AC, Portable AC, and HVAC Systems.
2. Service Scope:
- Our services include inspection, cleaning, repair, installation, maintenance, and replacement of air conditioning units and HVAC systems.
- The exact service details, duration, and pricing will be communicated before commencement.
- Services are provided subject to availability, technical feasibility, and environmental conditions.
- We reserve the right to decline any service request if safety, accessibility, or compliance requirements are not met.
3. Service Booking & Confirmation:
- Customers can book services through our website, helpline, or official WhatsApp support.
- Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation with an estimated time of arrival.
- Booking confirmation does not guarantee immediate service; it depends on technician availability and workload.
- In case of delays or rescheduling, we will communicate in advance.
4. Pricing & Payments:
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
- Pricing is subject to change based on the AC model, condition, and issue severity.
- Additional charges may apply for spare parts, gas refilling, and advanced repairs.
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, net banking, or authorized digital methods after completion of service.
- No refund will be provided once the service is completed unless under exceptional circumstances as approved by management.
5. Warranty & Liability:
- Warranty on services or parts (if any) will be clearly mentioned on the invoice.
- COOLSURE INDIA is not responsible for damages caused by third-party tampering, improper usage, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs after our service.
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, product damage, or revenue loss arising from AC malfunction.
- All warranties become void if equipment is relocated, modified, or serviced by unauthorized personnel.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
- Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled by contacting us at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellation after technician dispatch may attract a nominal visit charge.
- COOLSURE INDIA reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, unavailability of parts, or technical emergencies.
7. Use of Website:
- All content on www.coolsureindia.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout, is owned by COOLSURE INDIA and protected under Indian copyright law.
- Users may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any material for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Customer Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe access to the service area and provide necessary permissions in case of building management restrictions.
- Customers must disclose pre-existing issues or modifications in the AC system before service.
- Valuable or delicate items near the service area should be removed by the customer prior to technician arrival.
9. Privacy & Data Protection:
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except when required for service fulfillment or legal compliance.
10. Limitation of Service:
COOLSURE INDIA does not provide:
- Electrical rewiring or civil work.
- AC relocation outside the serviceable region without prior approval.
- Repair of units declared "beyond economical repair" (BER).
11. Force Majeure:
COOLSURE INDIA shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in service caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations.
12. Modifications to Terms:
- We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
- Updated terms will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date.
- Continued use of our website or services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
